Business Policy & Notes
All sessions (virtual or in-person) at Calla Lily Hypnosis & Wellness are recorded. All recordings are the property of Calla Lily Hypnosis & Wellness and Are Not shared with anyone outside of Calla Lily Hypnosis & Wellness.
Should a client request a recording, the client must first make the request in writing, email the request to info@callalily321.net, subject line “Session Recording Request”, and also mail it via “Certified Mail” and “Signature” requested to Calla Lily Hypnosis & Wellness, Attn: Ingrid Toledo-Hammett, PO Box 60042, Midland, TX 79711. Calla Lily Hypnosis & Wellness reserves the right to charge a fee of $200 per recording, No Exceptions.
All appointment changes must be made Two Business Days in Advance. No-Show appointments and/or Cancellations that do not comply with our policy notice will be charged in full.
All sessions are Private and Confidential. We recommend that our clients, virtual or in person, wear comfortable, non restricting clothing to their sessions. It is also recommended that the client visits the restroom before each session. If you wear HARD contact lenses, please remove them before your session, as they inhibit your ability to relax. We will also ask you to remove your glasses before the session begins, set your phone to “do not disturb”, (if possible).
If you are a “virtual” client, meaning you receive your sessions via Zoom, please join the call from a quiet private place where you won't be disturbed for at least 2 hours. Virtual clients should also sit or lay in a comfortable position where they can safely close their eyes. The client must be on camera and visible at all times during the session.
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian to the first session. No exceptions. After the first session the underage client may attend sessions alone to respect their privacy and integrity of the session.
