Hypertension
Blood pressure is a measure of how hard your heart is working to pump blood through your body. It’s expressed in two numbers; Systolic (pressure during a heartbeat) over Diastolic (pressure between beats).
A normal reading is around 120/80 mmHg. When blood pressure remains high over time, it's called hypertension, and it can lead to serious health issues like heart disease, stroke, and kidney problems.

Several factors can contribute to elevated blood pressure, including;
Chronic stress or anxiety, poor diet (especially high sodium intake), chronic pain and inflammation, sedentary lifestyle, excess weight, hormonal imbalances (such as Menopause), genetics, smoking, illegal drugs or excessive alcohol use, too much caffeine, dehydration, pinched nerves, as well as underlying medical conditions.
How Can Hypnosis Help?
In collaboration with Dr. Deitrick L. Gorman of Deitleman Health and Wellness, I am NOW offering sessions to help manage Hypertension!
Hypnosis is a gentle, focused state of relaxation where your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and healing. It’s not about losing control. It's about regaining it!
For those dealing with high blood pressure, hypnosis can reduce chronic stress and anxiety, which are major contributors to hypertension, promote relaxation and better sleep allowing the body to heal naturally, rewire subconscious habits like emotional eating, smoking, or procrastinating on self-care, and create a sense of calm and control by improving heart rate variability and lowering tension in the nervous system.
Clinical hypnosis is safe, drug-free, and effective. Many clients report a noticeable drop in blood pressure after just a few sessions.
This process will include 4 sessions, 1 physician consult and lifestyle suggestions that have proven effective in efficiently managing and normalizing blood pressure.
